A male patient, 70 years presented
with prominent venous congestion (superior vena caval tributaries), the
severity of the scalp, facial and neck venous congestion directed our
thinking towards the possibility of superior vena caval thrombosis,
however this thinking not proved and the condition was a part of the
right sided failure.
