Situation 2

Male patient in his forties of age complains of handicapping hypersomnia (even in the underground), sought medical advice and undergone a lot of investigations that revealed nothing important, he also received a lot of medications including L-thyroxin with no improvement.

This patient was considered by us as to have obesity complication which induced sleep apnea and restrictive lung disease that caused respiratory failure as evidenced by blood gases. So the option is to decrease body weight.
