Male patient 45 year-old, hypertensive
on Ca+2 channel blocker complains of edema of lower limbs .
Examination and investigations revealed no abnormalities.
So edema is considered as a complication of Ca+2 channel edema so he was
changed to another antihypertensive and edema subsided.
