A female patient,19 years old, 8 months ago she developed fever,
cough and diarrhea. She sought medical advice repeatedly without
improvement.
Two months
ago the symptoms became intensified with development of nausea, vomiting
and tenesmus.
Examination:
Very bad
general condition, marked generalized weight loss and distended abdomen.
