Case 11
A female patient ,19 year-old, complaining of weakness in both lower
limbs.
The
problem started 4 years ago by low back pain then developed bilateral
lower limbs weakness, fever. She sought medical advice and undergone
investigations, diagnosed??pulmonary T.B., she then received anti-tuberculous
treatment for 6 months with history of improvement with that treatment,
but the condition recurred!!
Examination:
Waddling
gait, proximal weakness of both lower limbs, no sensory affection, no
sphincteric affection, +ve Gower's sign.
What is the
approach?
