Case 16
A 33 year-old female, married and has 2 children, came to our
hospital with multiple symptoms which started in the last five years. So
she sought medical advice several times but without improvement. These
symptoms are easy fatigue, attacks of numbness, tingling, and
generalized bone and muscle ache.

Examination: no clinical findings of significance.

Investigations:
- Normal calcium level.
- Increased alkaline phosphatase.
- Increased parathyroid hormone.
