Case 17
A 9 year-old girl, came to us because of repeated vomiting that started
20 days ago for which her family sought medical advice many times with
hospital admission and thorough investigations that revealed no
abnormalities, the girl and her parents insisted that there is no any
cause for psychological stress.
- Examination:
Pretty little girl,
in spite of her suffering, her fingers nails have just been painted.
No other clinical
findings of significance.
