Case 2
A 30 years old female had a 15 days delivery of a healthy baby by
cesarean section after which she suffered from intractable vaginal
bleeding which was finally stopped by total hysterectomy. On discharge
she developed, after being vitally stabilized and removal of the urinary
catheter, a rapid abdominal distension which became tense after a short
period and formed an unexplained problem.
The patient had a history of undefined liver problems before pregnancy
but without definite clinical signs or investigations.
Now her abdominal distension became tense and associated with abdominal
discomfort no fever and no other significant clinical signs and symptoms
.
Now how do you think of this case in this scenario ? What is the
diagnosis? and how to manage?
