Case 21
An
Egyptian villager boy 15 year-old, in the last months he started to
comlpain from exercise intolerance, light headed, weakness, palpitation,
pagophagia (eating ice) and gradual progressive dyspnea.
Examination:
Pallor,
mild splenomegally, systolic murmur.
No other
clinical findings of clinical significance.
