Today he came to our hospital complaining from pain and paresthesia
in one of the remaining fingers.
Our examination revealed severe ischemia of the left index finger
and splenomegaly, we were astonished when he told us that he came to
hospital to cut his finger because he knows that no treatment.
Have you any treatment for this poor male patient of the 75 years
that has no significant medical history before this date?
