Exactly
she cannot remember which group of muscles affected before but she
remembers well that she is unable to get up from the floor, unable to go
up or down the stairs. She cannot forget when she go to bed to sleep she
cannot put her body in ease but rush to bed rapidly, we can say (bed
hitting) with difficulty to rise, not only this but also sometimes has
difficulty when she wants to look at something high.
She is a 44 year-old lady, married and
has children, with a history of similar condition years ago with
spontaneous relieve.
Examination:
little
pallor, mild degree of bilateral ptosis, pes planus
blood
pressure: 150/90 mmHg
waddling
gait, unable to get up from the floor
weakness:
proximal > distal
hypotonia,
hyporeflexia, intact sensation
