Case 31
A 33 year-old lady pharmacist, married and has children, in the last
few months she experienced attacks of dizziness, early fatigue asthenia
and sleepiness. She sought neurological consultation and had undergone
many investigations including brain MRI which revealed nothing
significant, so she took non-specific treatment however symptoms became
intensified while in her work about 2 hours after breakfast.
Examination:
- accepted general condition
- blood pressure 130/80
- pulse 80
- chest, heart and abdomen are clinically free
