Case 32
A male patient 18 year-old, 3 years ago he started to suffer from
involuntary movements which was gradual, progressive so that he sought
medical consultations with unfortunately disappointing results.
Examination:
- involuntary movements
- pallor and splenomegaly
Laboratory investigations:
- pancytopenia, reticulocytosis
- elevated liver enzymes, indirect hyperbilirubinemia
- negative viral markers
