Case 7

This is the case as was presented to me by residents in some-clinical round:

A female patient, 33 years old, suffered in the last few months from exertional dyspnea, headache, muscle weakness and easy fatigue. Also there is associated polyuria, polydipsia, circumoral numbness and recurrent muscle cramps.

Examination findings:

-No abnormalities detected apart from overweight and hypertension (170/105 mmHg)

What is the possible diagnosis?

How can you manage?
