A female patient, 37 years old, one month ago she suffered from
dyspnea, easy fatigue, also jaundice and dark urine. In the last week
she developed fever and generalized bony aches.
Examination:
Generally
ill patient with marked pallor, feverish and had splenomegaly.
Investigations:
CBC showed
pancytopenia.
