age and risk factors into consideration. We can consider it just as a
severe form of gastritis which may really result in hematemesis."
Adding to the last answer:
This is a case of "H.pylori induced nodular gastritis" as proved
by histopathological examination of biopsies taken during endoscopy.
So we put the patient on the triple therapy for H.pylori eradication
with a great expectancy for disappearance of these findings.
