-This was a case of subarachnoid hemorrhage.

 -The wrong had been done with this patient is:

    - the neglection of his stabilization which is the first aid and the crucial part must be taken in this situations

   - this poor patient transmitted to the private clinic on his foot just supported, not only this but also he waited his turn and when advised to do brain imaging he went in the same manner

All of these things were opposite to what was mandatory:

     - these patients must be transferred quietly to the ICU where they should be placed in a quiet room and to deal with pain and headache by mild sedatives, especially if the patient is agitated with particular attention to the blood pressure that should be to be optimally controlled and to avoid the strain, etc…
