- tidal breathing flow volume (TB-FV)

- endoscopy  

- flexible fiberoptic laryngotracheobronchoscopy (FFB)

- chest x ray

may be laryngomalacia but this is more likely in younger children more likely bronchial asthma, in need for steroid and β2 agonist inhalation..."

This was a case for a mild form of "Congenital Laryngomalacia" (??not described).

So the stridor attacks was restricted to the occurrence of upper air ways infections, however retrograde detailed history-taking revealed occurrence of similar short timed attacks related to exertion ....we have assured this father.
