-During the last four years she suffered stool incontinence, as stated by patient's words, for which she received repeatedly anti-cholinergic drugs

-She presented to us to solve chronic microcytic anemia problem

-But by inquiry, strikingly, I realized that she suffers chronic diarrhea!

-On examination: prominent bony ridges (may be found in some cases of chronic anemia), otherwise no much general status affection

-Now we can explain this incontinence to chronic diarrhea and chronic anemia by the long-standing suffering (untreated chronic dirrhea), especially when affecting nutritional status, which may affect her muscular power, even autonomic muscles!
