Case 15
A 25 year-old female presented with an attack of hematemesis and
melena, there is a history of recurrent similar attacks for which she
had repeated gastro-doudenoscopies and other investigations with no
significant findings (as the patient said since the reports are not
provided).
However, our endoscopy revealed multiple gastric nodules.
What is the possible diagnosis?
