A healthy and robust man, 47 year-old, hard manual worker, one day while in his job where he was raising some heavy objects he developed an attack of severe un-experienced headache followed by transient loss of consciousness then he regained his consciousness, but the severe unbearable headache continued in addition to a state of irritability.

So they took him to a neurologist in his private clinic and while he was waiting his turn in entering, his condition worsened, the neurologist has prescribed him some medications and advised them to go directly to a special radiology center to do brain imaging.

While they were trying to get to this center the patient went into deep coma and eventually unfortunately he died.
