Case 26
A male patient, 26 year-old, was completely well till 4 months ago
when he developed ongoing abdominal pain, repeated vomiting, diarrhea
and significant weight loss.
He sought medical advice and had undergone many investigations
including gastro-duodenoscopy and received many medications without
improvement.
Examination:
- diffuse abdominal tenderness
- enlarged tender liver
C.T. Abdomen was performed (see the photos).
