Case 28
He has lived in a far city when he received a call telling him that
his brother who lives in a village and suffering from some mental
retardation developed fainting attack, he immediately went and brought
him to us.
His examination revealed marked pallor,
rough skin, huge splenomegaly.
Investigations:
- pancytopenia
- indirect hyperbilirubinemia (bilirubin 2.1)
- normal transaminases
